Unlock your authentic voice and learn how to talk about your work with integrity and clarity
Do you believe passionately in the work you do, or the modality you specialise in, but find it hard to articulate that to potential clients?
Do you have a social media account or website but never know what to write about for them?
Do you wish you knew what sort of things potential clients wanted to know about your practice?
Would you like to find it easier to write articles or blogs about your work?
Using writing exercises, prompts, and expert advice from writer, editor, content creator and journalist Emma Johnson, this session will help you find your authentic voice, and give you a framework for writing about what you do with clarity and integrity.
Emma (who writes all the content for The Practice Rooms and her own holistic business, amongst others), will share her experience of taking a different approach to writing promotional content – tapping into your sense of values and purpose, and offering a heartfelt way to communicate with clients and peers.
This two hour session will help you to create pieces of written content about your practice that you can use for promotions, marketing, leaflets, newsletters and online. In addition, there will also be space to share and reflect on how you communicate your work to others and how that reflects not only who you are, but your passion for your work.
PLEASE NOTE: This session will be recorded and a link to the recording available afterwards for attendees. If you would like to attend, but cannot make the date/time, you can still book a space and submit any questions beforehand, and then watch the recording afterwards, at your own pace.
Emma Johnson is a social media manager and content editor, with particular experience in working with therapists, holistic organisations and wellbeing brands; she also writes all the content and runs the social media for The Practice Rooms.
